    Financial Analyst II

    Main Functions

    • Provides analytical support in order to deliver financial results.
    • Works with internal workers and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
    • Prepares cost reports including forecasts/outlooks.
    • Assists with allocation of funds for projects based on approved budgets and monitors project accounting.
    • Validate invoices, expenditures and change requests impacting budgets.
    • Identifies and implements improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
    • Senior Financial Analyst might be performing basic financial decisions and financial analysis of high complexity.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 8+ years of experience.
    • Financial reporting, data analysis, financial systems, attention to details.

    Controller II

    Main Functions

    • Guides financial decisions and protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, controls and procedures.
    • Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and partnering with external auditors. 
    • Prepares budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data and recommending plans. 
    • Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. 
    • Prepares and presents financial reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 
    • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
    • Senior Controllers would typically be able to conduct and interpret complex financial activities and produce high level reports under no supervision.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with at least 8 years work experience. 
    • Effective and persuasive presentation skills.
    • Financial and statistical analysis.

    Payables Coordinator III

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for the processing, tracking, verification, and payment of vendor invoices in accordance with standard controls and procedures. 
    • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices in accordance with Company's policies and procedures. 
    • This includes rate verification of applicable invoices, ensuring proper DOAG approvals are obtained, proper date stamps and coding are used and researching vendor inquiries.

    Tasks / Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, Level 3:

    • Maintain a good communication with Payables globally for clearing any issues related to wrong payment details, re-billing, invoice errors and payment delays.
    • Help to ensure that the Vendors are paid in a timely manner and according to agreed terms.
    • Investigate vendor’s requests and/or questions by checking back-up files.
    • Monitor controls over Vendor Master.
    • Collecting bank details, vendor classification, and law endorsements for Vendor registration
    • Updating and registering new vendors.
    • Preparing annually Fixed Asset reconciliation report.
    • Managing Petty Cash fund.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Excellent command of the English language is required.
    • Must have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office,
    • telecommunications, email, meetings)
    • Knowledge of the payables process and accounting systems preferred.

    Marine Engineer III

    Main Functions

    • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub- contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team's goals, objectives, and procedures. 
    • Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. 
    • In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, a Level 3:

    • Prepare technical reports for use by engineering, management, or sales personnel.
    • Maintain contact with, and formulate reports for, contractors and clients in order to ensure completion of work at minimum cost.
    • Coordinate activities with regulatory bodies in order to ensure repairs and alterations are at minimum cost, consistent with safety.
    • Procure materials needed to repair marine equipment and machinery.
    • Act as liaisons between ships' captains and shore personnel in order to ensure that schedules and budgets are maintained, and that ships are operated safely and efficiently.
    • Check, test, and maintain automatic controls and alarm systems.
    • Maintain records of engineering department activities, including expense records and details of equipment maintenance and repairs.
    • Perform monitoring activities in order to ensure that ships comply with international regulations and standards for life saving equipment and pollution preventatives.
    • Prepare plans, estimates, design and construction schedules, and contract specifications, including any special provisions.
    • Schedule machine overhauls and the servicing of electrical, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, water, and sewage systems.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marine or Civil Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
    • Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
