    Business Manager - Commercial

    Description
    As Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of development focused accounts where you will be responsible for forming strong relationships with key decision-makers.

    Your objective will be to become a trusted technology partner and support each account by developing solutions that meet their current and future needs. You will also be responsible for the negotiation and sales of products to retail and SMEs based on the need identified.

    You will proactively seek out new business opportunities by generating your appointments and following up leads. You will seek to establish a network of contacts and referrals which you will personally prospect for new business opportunities.
    This role will suit a proactive and ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of working with SMEs.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for leading the sector / unit to achieve revenue and market targets through our products.
    • To provide effective account management to existing SMEs, maximizing revenues and identifying new business opportunities to upsell our products.
    • Developing and implementing strategic plans to acquire and grow customer accounts in the respective sector.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the need of the potential customer and how our offerings and strategies can solve them effectively,
    • Ensure best practice in your approach to account planning and fitting solutions to customer requirements the Softcom way.
    • Prospecting and qualifying customers for your sector
    • Pro-actively organize lead generation drives, and network at events to grow pipeline and business.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree and/or Masters degree in Engineering, Business and human related sciences.
    • Six (6) years previous experience in Sales, Business Management or similar position.
    • Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead or similar role
    • Strong business knowledge with the ability to develop and execute business strategy and plans
    • Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
    • Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
    • Experience with key management software like MS Office and Google collaboration tools
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to simplify complex messaging through written, verbal or visual mechanisms
    • Decisiveness and ability to make things happen with minimal supervision and direction

    Account Manager - Commercial

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth.     Technical Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with a portfolio of new and existing clients, to become a trusted technology partner, addressing their technical needs and supporting the sales team to find opportunities for expanding the client database and growing revenue for Identify. The technical account manager will understand the needs and use cases of potential future clients, and use that to introduce Useforms while building solid relationships to sell and upsell the product.

    Responsibilities

    • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
    • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
    • Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues before and after-sales.

    Description
    We're looking for a Technical Writer to author, edit, and review product documentation.

    The ideal candidate has technical chops, demonstrably strong communication and writing skills and can effectively interact with other writers, software developers, product managers, and project leads.

    What you’ll do:

    • Integrate use case and functional data into user documentation and examples
    • Write software documentation from technical specifications, discussions with developers, and hands-on experimentation.
    • Contribute to doc standards, including participating in peer editing.
    • Update existing docs to reflect changes to functionality.
    • Edit existing developer-written content in preparation for publication.

    Requirements

    • Excellent, clear, clean, accessible writing; obsessive eye for consistency and technical accuracy.
