    Director, Fundraising & Corporate Partnership

    Description

    • Our client is looking to engage an innovative, exceptional, experienced, young, and outspoken hardworking personnel into her business growth to drive the implementation of the Year 2022 plans and achievement of key operational goals set for the year.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for successful execution of each event, meeting/exceeding revenue goals, and maintaining strong relationships with key donors involved.
    • Manage all aspects of the Step-Up program and grow event revenue.
    • Build relationships with sponsors and lead efforts to recruit a presenting sponsor.
    • Oversee Associate & Coordinator’s contributions – weekly reporting and social posts
    • Maintain only exemplary relationships with corporate partners.
    • Negotiate partnership parameters and oversee the contracting process.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in managing and executing cause marketing programs and/or corporate sponsorships.
    • Team Player - Proven ability to work successfully cross-functionally, collaborating with colleagues and corporate partners.
    • A comprehensive understanding of fundraising, sponsorship, and cause marketing principles and practices.
    • Proven ability to motivate and engage high-value prospects, donors, and volunteers.
    • Strong PC experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with fundraising software (CRM, online fundraising platforms) preferred.

    Manager, Branding & Communications

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the overall messaging and marketing strategy for a particular product or service.
    • Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
    • Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale.
    • Approving marketing elements such as logos and advertising media.
    • Messaging, and coordinating with product managers on appropriate branding.
    • Overseeing the development of brand collateral to develop internal and external communications and marketing strategies.
    • Liaising with media to help the brand gain exposure in local, national, and international media.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization's brand, including white papers, website copy, and more.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject and extensive experience in the marketing field.
    • 3+ years prior experience working in a marketing or communications role.
    • Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
    • Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
    • Expert understanding of consumer behavior.
    • Additional qualifications include excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage others.

    Manager, Programmes & Events

    Responsibilities

    • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
    • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
    • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
    • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
    • Coordinate all operations.
    • Lead promotional activities for the event.
    • Ensure that the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
    • At least 3 years work experience.
    • Experience in this role is a MUST.
    • Proven experience as an event manager
    • Skilled in project management
    • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
    • Excellent organizational skills.
