    Retail Operations Intern

    Position Description 

    mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as a Retail Operations intern. This role entails the day-to-day management of the QRx Pharmacies.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for ensuring that the pharmacies are following the guidelines in the Franchise Manual. 
    • Provide weekly business updates and performance of assigned Pharmacies. 
    • Undertake monthly business review meetings with Pharmacy Services Associate on business performance and institute performance improvement strategies where necessary. 
    • Support with maintaining and managing inventory, ordering new supplies when necessary, keeping inventory areas organized, follow up on orders placed with SCM, fulfillment, and delivery.
    • Coordinate with the Mutti team and provide support in the deployment of health screenings, Community Health, Telemedicine consultation, and all other Patient-related programs that offer value to the Mutti ecosystem.
    • Support the day-to-day seamless operations at QualityRx facilities and ensure that the pharmacy owners receive the right support. 
    • Tracking of outliers from facility’s order request to inform formulary additions
    • Tracking of revenue (weekly and monthly) and cash deposits
    • Monitor quantities ordered and match it with pharmacy consumption to inform demand forecast, supply.
    • Liaising with tech/product to provide support on the use of BLOOM and Ordering app.
    • Support facility on changes in operations – e.g. price changes, the addition of new drugs, billing cycles, etc.
    • Coordinate with SCM to manage expiries and its withdrawal.

    Primary Care Nurse

    Position Description

    mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and exceptionally high work standards to join our Primary Care Unit as a Nurse. This role will be central to driving our primary care strategy and will work closely with our mutti pharmacies to offer healthcare services to thousands of patients. The nurse will be primarily responsible for offering basic health screenings to clients of our pharmacies through the community health program and also working with various stakeholders to expand our virtual doctor consultation service, Mutti doctor.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the day-to-day seamless operations of Mutti doctor at the pharmacy level
    • Own the implementation of weekly community health screening for the assigned pharmacy
    • Educate, coach, follow up, and mentor enrolled patients.
    • Build and maintain relations to drive the growth of primary care
    • Deliver on agreed revenue, footfall, and Mutti registration targets for the given pharmacy
    • Coordinate any materials needed to drive the success of primary care at the pharmacy

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum of 1-year experience working in primary care
    • Good knowledge of community health and health screenings in general
    • Customer service experience required
    • Passionate about healthcare and developing better health outcomes for our patients
    • Fluency in local languages, excellent written and verbal English skills
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
    • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to consistently and effectively produce quality work.

    Minimum qualifications:

    PPMV- Key Account JA

    Position Description

    mPharma is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our  PPMV  team as a Key Account Junior Associate. He/She will serve as the primary voice for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty of the model in support of mPharma’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. This role will  work closely with customers  to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. This position reports to the PPMV Project Coordinator.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Engages PPMV owners, and manages daily field operations at partner facilities and effectively communicates the values of mPharma and the benefits of mPharma’s PPMV Model.
    • Monitors and tracks  facility revenues to ensure growth including analysis of collected data to inform decisions key to revenue growth.
    • Own and lead multiple customer accounts and manage relationships by providing professional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate quarterly health screenings and customer service training at partner facilities.
    • Identifies new business development opportunities with partner facilities who are receptive to adopting the mPharma model to deliver agreed organic revenue targets.
    • Serves as the main mPharma point of contact at partner facilities and supports the day to day seamless operations at partner PPMV facilities.
    • Serves as a product expert and provide existing customers with technical and product support where necessary.
    • Interfaces with Supply Chain team- procurement and Customer Service & Distribution,  to ensure all orders are fully serviced within agreed timelines.
    • Provides valuable consumption insights to Supply Chain for monthly planning sessions.
    • Delivers solutions to potential operational issues such as billing, and delays in the delivery of drugs. Proactively resolve issues arising from deployment in facilities and track progress of issue resolution.
    • Work with the Billing team to provide reports on bill variance resolution and inventory process improvement.
    • Work with the Customer Service team to implement services, procedures and tools that optimize the customer experience
    • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and improve key marketing, health screening, training and communications materials.
    • Contributes to any other initiatives that are critical to the continued success of the PPMV  Service.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Pharmacy, Sales and Marketing or any relevant field.
    • 3+ years of professional experience in a healthcare organisation (including internships)
    • Pharmacist/Pharmacologists preferred
