As a Key User – Anura Supply Planning, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to OMP 2.0 as part of the Anura project. You will be the go-to expert for supply planning systems, working closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the team on the project, supporting the production and material planning teams in Nigeria Opco. Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition to the new planning platform while optimizing current systems (SAP and OMP) for operational excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the process complexity across our product portfolio. Your insights and system expertise will help shape the future of supply planning.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (in supply chain related courses)
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, BW, and Microsoft Office.

• Eager to learn and master new system /affinity with technology
• Willing and able to travel within the locations of your cluster and if needed to the location of workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key user and systems expert for SAP and OMP within the Anura project.
• Lead the transition to OMP 2.0, including testing, validation, sign-off Sprint and UAT tests.
• Collaborate with supply planners, production teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
• Represent Nigeria OpCo in global and regional planning system discussions as may be required.
• Provide input on system design, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Support change management and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
• Work with the cluster SME to customize global training materials/working instructions and end user training.
• Check and ensure clean master data as part of the entry criteria for deployment.
• Support SME in improvement projects and follow up with business where needed.

The material planner is an essential part of the SC planning team and ensures the flow of raw and packaging (direct & indirect) materials necessary for all production operations. Planners ensure that the company never runs out of necessary manufacturing materials. He/She may be required to perform physically intensive work, such as surveying inventory and inspecting the production line. He/She typically works regular business hours but may be required to come in on evenings or weekends when working on large orders or to address production issues.

What we ask

• First degree in any numerate discipline
• Good understanding of the APO-SNP environment.
• Ability to provide robust plans, solving the short term issues.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, SAP, MPS and MRP;
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Planning Team in relation to RM/PM procurement process and system data
