Materials Planner at FrieslandCampina

The material planner is an essential part of the SC planning team and ensures the flow of raw and packaging (direct & indirect) materials necessary for all production operations. Planners ensure that the company never runs out of necessary manufacturing materials. He/She may be required to perform physically intensive work, such as surveying inventory and inspecting the production line. He/She typically works regular business hours but may be required to come in on evenings or weekends when working on large orders or to address production issues.

What we ask

• First degree in any numerate discipline
• Good understanding of the APO-SNP environment.
• Ability to provide robust plans, solving the short term issues.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, SAP, MPS and MRP;
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Planning Team in relation to RM/PM procurement process and system data
