Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible quality Control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
• You will work on one to one basic on variety of tasks related to manager working life communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant .
• Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy.
• Monitor food handling, storage and preparation.
• Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dinning areas.
• Handling of reports

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in management with 3-5 years of working experience
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems and procedures
• Ability to multitask.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.

• We are seeking to hire a dedicated and reliable cook and Kitchen Assistant to assist the cook with ingredients preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen

Responsibilities

• Cook, assembly and supply food to the restaurant
• Seasons food according to recipes or company needs
• Orders ingredients and spices as needed
• Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
• Clean up after business hours.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess culinary skills with 3-5 years in the restaurant production section.
