    Human Resources Coordinator

    • As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with day-to-day HR operations.
    • You will help manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring smooth processes that empower the talented workforce to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a positive and efficient new hire experience.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Support HR initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
    • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
    • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
    • Collaborate with managers and team leaders to support workforce planning and employee development.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations specific to the fashion retail industry.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 4 - 5 years experience in an HR role, ideally within retail, fashion, or a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Passion for fashion and understanding of the industry culture is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.

    Program Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • They are currently in need of a Program Coordinator who will support the successful implementation and coordination of one or more programs across geographies.
    • This role involves working closely with the program team, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are well-organized, timelines are met, and communication flows efficiently.
    • It’s an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for social impact in a remote working environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth program operations.
    • Coordinate program activities, events, and virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
    • Assist with tracking program deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, reports, and databases.
    • Support grant and donor reporting by collecting data and drafting inputs.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience working remotely or coordinating across global teams is highly desirable.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote team.

    Medical Officer

    Description

    • Medical Doctors are urgently needed to join their team in providing excellent health care to patients.
    • The successful candidate will work in the wards as well as the outpatient department.
    • He / She will also work closely with consultants, fellow medical officers, the nursing team as well as Admin staff to ensure quality healthcare services.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • M.B.B.S Degree or equivalent
    • 3 years previous similar experience
    • Certification - Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
