    Senior Product Manager

    Job Description

    • The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the product strategy for our Tech Company.
    • This person will be responsible for understanding customer needs and market trends, developing and prioritizing the product roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
    • As a key member of the leadership team, the Lead Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the product strategy and vision in alignment with the company's overall mission and goals.
    • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer and market needs.
    • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Develop a clear and actionable product roadmap and communicate it effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

    • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless product development process.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry and identify new opportunities for innovation.
    • Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area

    • Participate and oversee all Product activities (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales) activities of the company.
    • Participate and directs the teams in ensuring right and cost-effective solution is proposed to customers at every time.
    • Directs the team to support sales in achieving company technology financial targets.
    • Constantly provide leadership and develop the team in line with market needs for technology delivery and global technology trends
    • Provides technical support to the Sales and Implementation in the review of new business opportunities and in the review of external contracts and purchases.

    Job Specifications
    Academic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of product development and product management processes, methodologies, and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
    • Strong project management and team management skills.

    Professional Qualifications:

    • MBA, CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, MCSE, or any other relevant professional qualifications

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of product development and product management processes, methodologies, and tools.
    • 3 years in senior management positions, Knowledge of programming language

    Quality Assurance Engineer

    Job Description

    • As the Quality Assurance Engineer, you are responsible for supporting different types of projects cutting across the enterprise projects, Technology projects, some business projects and client projects.
    • In this light, the QA carries out its activities and models the process based on the projects/requests being handled at the time. The types of projects have been largely categorized into agile driven approach and waterfall V-Model driven approach.
    • Also, ensures product and service excellence. QA activities are essential to assure the quality of the product and give satisfactory assurance that a product meets requirements during development and or modifications.

    Job Responsibilities
    Test Planning & Execution:

    • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
    • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
    • Ensure all test activities are well-documented and align with project goals.

    Defect Management:

    • Identify, report, and track software defects using tools like Jira or Zoho sprint board
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

    Performance Testing:

    • Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
    • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.

    Quality Assurance Advocacy:

    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the SDLC.
    • Advocate for continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
    • Manage people (internal or external) who use the service or product being released for day-to-day business activities.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    Backend Developer

    Description

    • This position is responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of software systems that meets customer requirement.
    • The role also involves sitting within the IT team of a business, and will be involved in liaising with the Business Analysts and Development Managers to ensure software projects meet requirements.
