Job Summary

• As our General Manager, you will drive the company’s sales growth, team performance, and operational execution, reporting directly to the CEO. This role requires a highly strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, industry experience, and the ability to drive results across all departments.

Key Responsibilties

• Oversee daily operations across departments (sales, marketing, admin, client relations)
• Set and monitor performance KPIs for the entire team
• Lead and coordinate strategic property marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow client and partner relationships
• Provide weekly reports and insights to executive leadership
• Supervise real estate consultants, interns, and marketing officers
• Represent the company at events, client meetings, and site inspections
• Ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Estate Management, or similar (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in real estate marketing
• Strong leadership, sales, and administrative management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, digital reporting, and collaboration software
• Resides around Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or Lekki Axis.

Summary

• Are you a creative and highly skilled videographer with an eye for capturing real estate in its best light? Can you shoot, edit, and fly a drone — and you're based around Ajah? This is for you.
• We're looking for a full-time Videographer to join our content-driven real estate marketing team.
• This role goes beyond basic filming — we're after someone who understands how to make properties sell through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilties

• Capture high-quality videos and photos of properties (interiors, exteriors, lifestyle shots)
• Fly drones to capture aerial views of estates and site locations
• Edit and deliver sharp, engaging, and branded video content for social media, ads, and listings
• Collaborate with the digital and marketing teams on storytelling direction
• Travel to different property locations (within and outside Lagos)
• Maintain and manage video equipment.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 3 years proven experience as a Videographer (real estate industry is a BIG plus)
• Strong editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Must be able to fly a drone confidently and responsibly
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and movement
• Highly creative and flexible — able to work under deadlines and adapt to changing shoot schedules
• Must reside around Ajah, Sangotedo, or Lekki axis
• Open to full-time work (not freelance-based).

• We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring bold, clean, and engaging real estate visuals to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, flyers, banners, ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create on-brand, scroll-stopping content
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email, etc.)
• Design visual templates for client communication, events, and real estate offers
• Meet design deadlines and stay on top of design trends

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Real estate marketing experience is a strong advantage
• Ability to create clean, premium designs that speak to a modern real estate audience
• Understands content for social media growth, engagement, and lead conversion
• Must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under pressure
• Must live around Ajah, Lekki, or Sangotedo
• Full-time, on-site role only (not freelance/remote).
