    Operations Manager (Brewing)

    Job Description

    • This role includes overseeing the production line and warehousing of various distilled beverages.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor costs during the production process and also do their best to avoid any mistakes that cause a loss on the production line.
    • Ensure health and safety compliance at workplace
    • Manage the distillery’s workforce to meet production goals while observing budgetary restraints.
    • Ensure that the distillery’s products maintain quality standards
    • Manage distillery equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
    • Organize the maintenance of equipment.
    • Help to market the distillery and improve its profile
    • Record data about the production process and warehousing. This data is usually shared with senior management and shared between departments.
    • They may also be responsible for developing training materials and determining which staff should be promoted into new roles.
    • Identify ways to improve the distillery
    • Improve worker efficiency, better ways to organize the warehouses, more efficient processing of raw materials, better environmental practices, security improvements and so on.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Chemical Engineering/Science
    • Minimum of 10 year(s) working experience in Brewing and distilling firms.
    • Experience with project management and supervision of budgets

    Project Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for annual budget planning and execution. He will work closely with the production team to increase productivity and profitability
    • Responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, receiving and shipping.
    • Responsibilities also include recruiting, hiring and training personnel and facility /physical plant up -keep and capital improvements.
    • Provide leadership for the successful day to day operations of the facility
    • Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.
    • Review established production schedules for all production departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible
    • Coordinate the hiring and training of all production personnel
    • Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining products quality
    • Work closely with Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the production team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace to our employees.
    • Maintain inventory levels and control flow product from our subsidiaries
    • Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program including all timely communication initiatives.
    • Develop and execute the plant production budgets
    • Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct productions employees to attain all established goals

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, Agronomy or any other related
    • Degree from accredited higher learning institution.
    • Expert with at least 5 years in diverse areas encompassing Operations and Maintenance in cassava starch plant, Installation, Commissioning, Project Planning & Management.
    • Focused and hardworking professional equipped with thorough knowledge and technical understanding coupled with an analytic bent of mind and confident to take challenging assignments.
    • Have an excellent understanding of Nigeria Agro commodities markets
    • Experience in cassava bio-ethanol production is a strong asset Expert with at least 5 years...
    • Good knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms, while commissioning projects; demonstrated capability in installation, commissioning, operations and maintenance of a wide range of process machinery/equipment

    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

    Finance Manager

    Job Description

    • The role is of high importance within the organization structure as it would be shouldering the responsibilities for the West Africa markets.
    • You would be accountable for the day to day financial operations and play a crucial role in supporting the management team on project of strategic importance in the business development and commercial arena.
    • Engaging with team member across different functional areas you need to drive a culture built on strong ethics and governance .
    • Managing the accounting and finance, treasury, budgeting and control .
    • Prior experience with an international FMCG and exposure to factory operations is highly desirable.

    Desired Skills and Experience
