    Social Media Executive

    About the role

    • The Social Media Executive is responsible for overseeing the company's presence on a multitude of public platforms.
    • The role involves creating gripping content, analyzing public feedback, and reporting on the effects of each key undertaking.
    • It also involves keeping track of all access codes & striking a delicate balance between publishing frequent outputs and maintaining client’s interest.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Create written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
    • Collaborate with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
    • Optimize content for publication across various social media sites.
    • Schedule copy for release at optimal times.
    • Monitor users engagement with and feedback on every post.
    • Analyze and report on the effects of publications.
    • Maintain a secure database of all login credentials.
    • Remain abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
    • Explore the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
    • 4- 5 years proven experience as a social media executive

    Desired Skills

    • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
    • Firm grasp of Hootsuite and its integrations.
    • In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
    • Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
    • Flexible and engaging writing style.
    • Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
    • Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
    • Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

    About the role

    • The SEO Specialist is responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
    • You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
    • Develop and implement link building strategy
    • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
    • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
    • 4- 5 year's proven work experience as a proven SEO experience

    Desired Skills

    • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
    • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
    • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
