Provide management, leadership and strategic vision in coordinating project managers in all of our clients sites.
Coordinate with the Chief Technical Officer to create processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization.
Build a community of practice for good project management across the organization involving project managers, operations and finance.
Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technical services.
Track project annual budgets and forecasts while working with project managers.
Coordinate with project managers to
respond to client’s requested updates and communication and ensure that project managers are reporting back to senior management on a timely basis.
Direct the activities of the technical team to ensure that projects processes and completion meet up with the organizational stipulated standard.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors’ degree in Architecture, Project Management or related study (A Master’s degree would be an added advantage)
Strong relevant work experience of at least 4 years.
A recognizable project management certification would be an added advantage.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent decision-making skills and confidence in making strategic and operational decisions.
Proven ability to establish credibility with senior stake holders, excellent influencing skills to build and maintain relationship and work collaboratively.
Excellent project management skills with significant experience of leading and managing large projects.
Excellent self-management skills to work independently using your own initiative and being flexible and adaptable.
