Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in a relevant field
• Professional certification from either the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) or the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying and site supervision

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
• Interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings
• Supervision of construction work sites and projects
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management
• Contract administration and dispute resolution
• Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Communication with relevant vendors per project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts and plans
• Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documents
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Manage and coordinate architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Site Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Arch) in Architecture.

Professional certification from:

• Certified Enterprise Architect Professional (CEAP) or the SAFe for Architects certification or Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) Professional Practice Examination certification.
• Min. of 3 years of relevant work experience in architecture and site supervision.

Desired Skills:

• Strong design and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
