Quantity Surveyor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 4 - 6 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Construction & Site Engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in a relevant field
- Professional certification from either the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) or the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying and site supervision
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
- Interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings
- Supervision of construction work sites and projects
- Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management
- Contract administration and dispute resolution
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Communication with relevant vendors per project.
