Architect
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Construction & Site Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural concepts and plans
- Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documents
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Manage and coordinate architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Site Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Arch) in Architecture.
Professional certification from:
- Certified Enterprise Architect Professional (CEAP) or the SAFe for Architects certification or Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) Professional Practice Examination certification.
- Min. of 3 years of relevant work experience in architecture and site supervision.
Desired Skills:
- Strong design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
