    Driver Admin Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Ensure update of Software with new Customer & Vendors information;
    • Set up and maintain depot fixed assets register, comply with laid down process and procedures and maintain a proper fixed asset register for the entire terminal.
    • Prepare and maintain stock Bin card/sheet of all inventories Items.
    • Maintain Access with Sage ERP on Inventories matters
    • Prepare Store Goods Receive Note.
    • Take stock of inventory and fixed assets with monthly reports
    • Conduct Stock reconciliations report
    • Daily Stock inventory report very key.
    • Maintain Stock re-order level
    • Receive and Issue out of Inventories. • Prepare Stock count schedule sheet
    • Take Period stock Count and reconciliations with the sage figures and Value
    • Ensure agreement between Bin card figure and sage Figure
    • Liase with the workshop manager on stock issues.
    • Carry out other assignments as may be required from time to time by Head of Finance Purchase & Inventory Report
    • Make requisition for Purchase of item that is on stock out or near to stock out.
    • Preparation of timely stock level Report
    • Ensure that all details of every item; Date, Quantity, Price and other relevant details are captured in the Report 
    • The purchasing officers' details must be clearly stated in the Report
    • Exception Report on all Store items
    • Ensuring that the details of each store items issued out are properly signed for and accounted for
    • Carry out routine checks on the store
    • Reconciliation of item balances with the Store/Warehouse keeper
    • Production of Consumption Report to determine the amount chargeable to Cost of Sales
    • Verification that the approved items are the exact items delivered by the vendors

    • Conduct stock-age Analysis and report obsolete or slow-moving items
    • Depot fixed Asset Coding and entry into Sage ERP

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • First degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related fields from a reputable university/polytechnic.
    • Additional qualification and professional certification will be added advantage
    • Experience  - Up to 2 years.

    Fleet Officer - Cross River

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Operations

    • Mange loading and scheduling of loads
    • Follow up with drivers for prompt delivery and return
    • Manage diesel allocation for accuracy
    • Confirm every delivery immediately after offloading to prevent losses and escalate every underdelivery
    • Report all diversion requests and follow-up with prompt communication to driver and clients
    • Escalate all offloading delays for timely offloading
    • OTD/TAT monitoring and management to ensure timely delivery and turnaround of driver
    • Maintenance delay reporting to clients in the overall improvement of our OTD score
    • Embark on rescue operations where required.
    • Preparation of reports such as daily final offloading point reporting and weekly final offloading point reports amongst others.
    • Support activities and other tasks as assigned by the team lead
    • Monthly truck accessories reporting with report to the management including recommendations of drivers with missing accessories

    Workshop Assistant Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the activities of the workshop on a day-to-day basis.
    • Organize and supervise the servicing, maintenance and repair of the company’s fleet and ensure that the vehicles are always in good working conditions. 
    • Ensure prompt planning and implementation of preventive maintenance activities on schedule for all trucks.
    • Supervise the maintenance and repair of all the trucks and other technical support equipment to ensure that overhauls, preventative maintenance and repair are done in a cost-effective manner, with attention given to quality and longer duration of vehicles.
    • Ensure that the vehicles are maintained in a safe and reliable working condition in accordance with planned preventive maintenance program and to identify and rectify repetitive problems. 
    • Ensure that planning, scheduling, and unscheduled repairs are carried out efficiently and cost effectively, with quality service. 
    • Oversees the administrative requirements of the workshop, including warranty obligations, inspection records, manual updates, equipment defect reports, maintenance services, policies, procedures, and practices. 
    • Regularly report progress on each job 
    • Analyse maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement. 
    • Track parts usage and maintain an accurate inventory of parts issued. 
    • Assist in the development of maintenance budget by providing input relative to policy, costs and established metrics. 
    • Ensure the maintenance records for fleet are accurate and up to date. 
    • Investigate and diagnose the causes of vehicle breakdown and accidents and apportion blames accordingly by ensuring that defaulters take financial responsibility of the cost of repairs. 
    • Ensure that the workshop is always functional and that vehicles awaiting repairs are attended to with dispatch.
    • Supervise, schedules or assigns work to mechanics and other maintenance personnel. 
    • Tests vehicles to troubleshoot problems and/or tests repairs to ensure proper and safe completion. 
    • Raise requests for spare parts needed for maintenance activities and ensure that such parts requested are used for the purpose for which they are requested for. 
    • Recover to base all broken down vehicles or accidental trucks with dispatch. 
    • Ensure thorough pre and post trip inspection, pre and post maintenance inspection and all relevant inspections 
    • Ensure that the trucks are thoroughly checked, and bolt and nuts retightened on the arrival of the trucks.
    • Coordinate the activities of mechanics including discipline. 
    • Ensure that all the tools and equipment in the workshop are accounted for always, functional and are being prudently used.
    • Ensure adequate training of mechanics and all other workshop personnel on preventative maintenance and on methods for diagnosing and repairing vehicles and parts. 
    • Organize training in conjunction with the HR/Fleet unit for all the drivers especially on how to handle minor break downs.
    • Prevent pilfering of the company’s tools and materials through thorough monitoring. 
    • Provide the procurement unit periodically with the list of parts that are frequently used for replacement to avoid stock outs. 
    • Assign vehicles for maintenance to a designated Mechanic(s) and take proper records in case the vehicles fail. 
    • Enforce compliance with the approved maintenance timelines through strict supervision to ensure vehicles do not exceed the required time at the workshop. 
    • Ensure the mobile maintenance team is always available when called upon; coordinate and assign rescues. 
    • Assist in procurement where necessary and advise on quality vehicle parts to be purchased. 
    • Advice the fleet team on the duration of each maintenance activity 
    • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance reports.
    • Any other duties related to or arising from the performance of what is listed above.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with relevant experience.

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field
    • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR
    • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
