    Finance and Accounting Officer

    QUALITIES:

    • BSc in Accounting, Finance 
    • Work experience as an account
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
    • Knowledge of advanced MS Excel skill 
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
    • Must have a passion for numbers and must be able to be meticulous with spoting numerical errors.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing tax payment and returns
    • Preparing budget forecasts and publish financia; statements in time
    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Handle monthly, quaterly and annunal closings
    • Ensure timely bank payments
    • Reconcile account payable and receveable
    • Ensure compliance with finanical policies and regulations
    • Management balance sheet and profit/loss account

    Human Resource Officer

    QUALITIES:

    • Bachelors Degree in Busness administration, social studies, english or relkevant field
    • Further training will be an added advantage
    • Must be computer literate
    • Strong ethics and reliability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven experience as an HR officer/administrator or other HR roles
    • Outstanding organizational and tme managemnet capabilities

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Providing counselling policies and procedures
    • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing jobs descriptions, posting ads and managing hiring process.
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Develop training and developmnt plans
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
    • Maintain employee records according to companys policy and legal reqquirement.
