    Product Manager –Digital Loyalty & Campaigns

    The Product Manager – Loyalty & Campaigns is responsible for the design, development, execution, and optimization of the Bank’s digital loyalty ecosystem and flagship campaign initiatives (including but not limited to - 5for5, Domiciliary campaigns, seasonal promotions). The role will drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through well-structured reward systems and data-driven campaigns, while ensuring profitability, compliance, and seamless customer experience across digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and manage the Bank’s digital loyalty framework (points accrual, redemption, tiers, partnerships).
    • Design and execute high-impact campaigns (e.g., 5for5, savings drives, FX/domiciliary campaigns).
    • Translate business strategy into clear campaign mechanics and measurable KPIs.
    • Drive customer activation (ATC), transaction growth, and retention through incentive structures.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and deploy multi-channel campaign strategies (digital + on-ground).
    • Optimize customer journeys (onboarding → activation → repeat usage) to reduce friction.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and continuous improvements.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance of all campaigns (clear reward logic, no lottery perception).
    • Work with Technology to ensure platform stability, tracking, and seamless execution.
    • Manage campaign budgets and ROI, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue growth.
    • Develop partnerships (merchant, ecosystem players) to enhance loyalty value proposition.
    • Drive customer satisfaction through relevant, engaging, and rewarding experiences.
    • And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    Requirements

    Education/Training Programs

    • Minimum of a first degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
    • Postgraduate degree or MBA is an added advantage.
    • Relevant certifications in Product Management, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics are beneficial

    • Experience working with data analytics and customer segmentation tools
    • Prior experience in financial services or fintech is required

    Product Manager - Workplace Banking

    The Product Manager – Workplace Banking is responsible for developing and driving the Bank’s workplace banking strategy, focusing on salary accounts, employer partnerships, and embedded financial solutions within organizations. The role will deliver sustainable growth in customer acquisition, deposits, and transaction volumes, while strengthening the Bank’s position as the preferred financial partner for employers and employees.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute the Bank’s workplace banking strategy across corporate and SME segments
    • Drive acquisition of salary accounts and employer partnerships
    • Design tailored value propositions for employees (loans, savings, lifestyle benefits, digital banking)
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to deliver bulk onboarding and activation of employees
    • Drive deposit mobilization, account funding, and transaction activity within workplace segments
    • Build and manage relationships with HR teams, corporates, and institutional partners
    • Develop and launch workplace-specific campaigns and engagement programs
    • Monitor performance across key metrics (accounts opened, funded accounts, transaction volumes)
    • Optimize onboarding experience for bulk and digital salary account acquisition
    • Work with Product and Technology teams to build integrated workplace solutions (APIs, payroll integrations)
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention within workplace segments
    • Identify new opportunities within sectors (public sector, corporates, clusters, institutions)
    • Manage product profitability and ensure cost-effective acquisition strategies
    • And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Experience and Skills Necessary for Job Function

    • Minimum of 3 – 5+ years’ experience in Retail Banking, Product Management, or Business Development
    • Proven experience in salary account acquisition or workplace banking
    • Strong track record in deposit mobilization and partnership management
    • Experience in financial services is required
    • Strong understanding of retail banking and liability products
    • Business development and relationship management expertise
    • Ability to structure and scale partnership-driven products
    • Strong analytical and commercial acumen
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Stakeholder management across multiple business units
    • Customer-centric mindset with focus on experience and retention
    • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
