    Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities: Report directly to Head of Sales

    • Responsible for the marketing and cross selling of our products and services while ensuring prompt and quality customer relationship management
    • Respond to customers inquiries on the activities of the business line
    • Act as the point of contact for clients
    • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
    • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
    • Identify new potential customers
    • Supervise sales account representatives
    • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
    • Prepare call memos for weekly review
    • Involves in the Cheque pick up and revenue collections
    • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
    • Actively support and develop the business unit [BU] to deliver required growth and achieve agreed target.
    • Actively drive the sales process in relation to winning, and developing profitable clients.
    • Ensure robust account planning is in place for all prospects and that key actions are completed on time
    • Actively identify and work with colleagues across the business to capitalize on account penetration and cross-selling opportunities and other duties that may be assigned.

    Skill/Competencies/ Job Requirements:

    • HND/B.Sc holder in any discipline
    • Must have at least 1- 2 years’ experience in the Micro Finance Sector
    • Must be smart and presentable
    • A natural drive to be successful and are motivated by going above and beyond!

    • A tenacious, proactive and methodical approach
    • Someone who wants to take ownership of their work and their own career

    Software Programmer

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

    This would be a remote job but report to work in person about 4 times in a month.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop quality and visually stunning web applications
    • Analyze and maintain existing applications
    • Design highly scalable, testable code
    • Discover and fix programming bugs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

    UI/UX Designer

    We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Of a UI / UX Graphic Designer
     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes for new product ideas
    • Collaborate with the marketing team, internal and external designs to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experience for the digital user
    • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.
    • Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic designs.
    • Plan and implement new designs.

    • Produce high quality UX designs solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, and storyboards, prototypes visual and graphic designs.

    Job Requirements

    Minimum Required Experience

    • A minimum of 1 years experience in UI and Graphics design

    Required Skills

    • Expertise in standard UX tools; Figma and Photoshop or equivalents.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript is not a must but will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to work with other stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet product/client needs and vision.
    • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and other stakeholders.
