    Customer Support Officer

    Job Description

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and via any other means.
    • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
    • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve products and services.
    • Provide feedback on customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

    Documentation Officer / Office Assistant

    Job Description

    • Develop, implement, and maintain document management procedures and policies.
    • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring proper categorization and accessibility.
    • Review and edit documents for clariy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
    • Coordinate with various departments to gather, organize, and update documents as needed.

    Social Media Manager / Content Creator

    Description

    • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
    • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to audience engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
