    Nigeria Marketing & Communications Manager

    About the Role:

    • The Nigeria Marketing and Communication Manager will report to the Country Director and coordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager.
    • The Marketing and Communication Manager will innovate and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns that help with the company visibility and answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
    • The Marketing & Communication Manager will assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, graphic designing, advertising, events planning etc.)
    • This role will require you to be analytical, curious and have a passion for solving problems through a facts/data-driven and customer-centric approach among others.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Campaign Management (30%):

    • Understand campaign life cycle
    • Assist in developing marketing strategies alongside the Regional Distribution Manager
    • Do research tasks and create presentations with your findings
    • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e- mail, TV, outdoors, etc.)
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all our product offerings and services.
    • Identify immediate and long-term needs of clients for company’s products and services on such projects.
    • Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
    • Define strategy for relating with each customer group and create a Customer Relationship Plan per group
    • Demonstrate consistent sales development success and target — driven achievements
    • Networking with different partners to discover new leads and markets for our business.

     Content Writing (30%):

    • Creating and managing content and visuals for the company website, and social media channels
    • Creating and building emails for email marketing campaigns

    Events (20%):

    • Building webpages or update existing ones
    • Schedule presential and online events, webinars, digital workshops, etc.
    • Coordinate creation of event material, communication to network and post-event communication
    • Manage events in collaboration with presenters, post-event communication.

    Analytics (20%):

    • Monitor Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and make recommendations to optimise the pages Analise marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

    Must Have

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree
    • 7+ years’ background in a similar position.
    • Strong understanding of BI and Marketing mix
    • Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
    • Good use of Microsoft office, canva, corel draw or related application is an added advantage
    • High work ethic
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills

    Nigeria Production Manager

    About the Role:

    • The Nigeria Production Manager will ultimately ensure the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Discus with other managers to formulate production objectives and understand requirements
    • Estimate costs and preparing budgets
    • Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, equipment, raw materials etc.)
    • Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
    • Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
    • Monitor production to resolve issues
    • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, shift supervisors, technicians, etc.)
    • Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team
    • Ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements
    • Ensure adequate scheduling of staff
    • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
    • Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
    • Motivate, support and provide guidance to production staff
    • Ensure output meets quality standards
    • Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
    • Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

    Planning and Strategy (40%):

    • Development of a sustainable and efficient production model
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy for increasing production of all Community Carbon products
    • Establish initiatives in order to ensure that Community Carbon meets all product production and sales milestones through the development of an efficient production line

    Management (35%):

    • Reach all Production targets set forth in the KPI document
    • Direct management of all the Production Personal.
    • Work with the Finance and Admin, HR and Operations and to ensure smooth, transparent production processes
    • Provide periodic training and feedback to staff on effective production techniques
    • Develop performance indicators and metrics to measure effectiveness of production strategies/personnel
    • Oversee recruitment of additional staff.

    Admin (25%)

    • Report monthly production
    • Report monthly costs and previsions
    • Develop weekly and monthly production plan

    Does this sound like you?

    Must Have

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Masters in relevant field is an added advantage
    • Project Management (PMP)
    • Prior experience with production as a director or manager.
    • In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
    • Good use of Microsoft office and ERP software
    • High work ethic
    • Strong leadership and team building abilities
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills
