    Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.
    • The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    • The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute marketing strategies that will help the company reach its goals and achieve exponential growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote the organization's products and services.
    • Translate products and services into revenue.
    • Grow the organization's income.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify and target the organization’s ideal clients.
    • Create and manage marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns
    • Manage and track marketing budgets and ROI
    • Work with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business goals.
    • Enhance brand awareness through various marketing channels and events.
    • Implement creative branding initiatives to position the organization as a leading service provider.
    • Conduct client presentations and consultations to showcase their services effectively.
    • Prepare compelling marketing materials, brochures, and presentations to support sales efforts.
    • Establish strong partnerships, and achieve business growth objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare/ skincare industry
    • Female within the age bracket (25-33).
    • Must reside in Abuja.
    • Experience working in the skincare/beauty/healthcare industry is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Remuneration

    • N300,000 monthly net salary (with additional commissions/bonuses awarded upon achievement of set targets).

    General Manager

    Job Overview and Duties

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the diverse subsidiaries of the business, ensuring cohesive operations and aligned goals.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's subsidiaries.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the subsidiaries.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to optimize business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Manage and motivate staff.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of new projects.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Foster synergy among the different business units to drive collective growth and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pertinent government authorities, contributing to a favourable business environment.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
    • Strategically assess and identify areas for business improvement across all subsidiaries, recommending and implementing necessary enhancements.
    • Uphold high standards of quality and service in line with the company's brand and values.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Experience in government project management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
