Job Description

• We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Engineer with a strong civil engineering background and at least 15 years of proven experience, specifically in road construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of road projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards, project timelines, safety regulations, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and technical direction for multiple road construction projects.
• Oversee the preparation and review of design documents, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct technical evaluations, ensure the use of appropriate construction methodologies, and solve engineering challenges on-site.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards and HSE policies.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders throughout project life cycle.
• Guide material selection and usage, ensuring cost-efficiency and structural integrity.
• Mentor junior engineers and build strong engineering teams across various project locations.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, with a strong focus on road construction.
• Registered with relevant engineering bodies (e.g., COREN, NSE, or equivalent international licensing).
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards in road infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project).
• Willingness to travel and work across project sites in Nigeria.
• Expatriates with relevant African or tropical experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• We are currently seeking skilled and reliable IT Personnel to support our growing operations by ensuring the smooth running of our IT infrastructure across project sites and the head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, printers, and other hardware across multiple locations
• Provide technical support to employees on software, hardware, and networking issues
• Manage and secure the company’s internal systems, user access, and IT assets
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software
• Ensure reliable internet and LAN/WAN connectivity across offices and sites
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including antivirus, firewall, and data backups
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and support
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, support logs, and issue resolutions
• Support remote working tools and cloud-based platforms like G Suite, Microsoft 365, and Zoom
• Train staff on basic IT procedures and tools

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, system administration, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity
• Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP or construction software is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple IT needs across remote and field locations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and organizational ability.
