We are currently seeking skilled and reliable IT Personnel to support our growing operations by ensuring the smooth running of our IT infrastructure across project sites and the head office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, printers, and other hardware across multiple locations
Provide technical support to employees on software, hardware, and networking issues
Manage and secure the company’s internal systems, user access, and IT assets
Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software
Ensure reliable internet and LAN/WAN connectivity across offices and sites
Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including antivirus, firewall, and data backups
Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and support
Maintain detailed documentation of systems, support logs, and issue resolutions
Support remote working tools and cloud-based platforms like G Suite, Microsoft 365, and Zoom
Train staff on basic IT procedures and tools
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration
Strong technical knowledge of networking, system administration, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Familiarity with ERP or construction software is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple IT needs across remote and field locations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation and organizational ability.
