    Sales Manager (OURTV)

    Main Function

    The sales Manager will oversees all business development functions and sales & marketing efforts to ensure that they run smoothly, efficiently and profitably. He /She will serve as the company’s official representative to target audiences, business partners and alliances, important stakeholders and other third-party collaborations. He /She will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating sales and marketing operations on a daily basis.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Endeavor to establish an outstanding working relationship with dealers/retailers in designated fields.
    • Support bargaining with key essential service so as to enhance the cost structure.
    • Work with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
    • Prepare annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales report updates on current opponents or business possibilities.
    • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct line manager and suggest answers where obtainable
    • Supervise essential key account possibilities
    • Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales targets and job obligations to each staff.
    • Appraise performance of staff under you.
    • Offer inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objectives.
    •  Assist team managers to intensify sales via training on sales methods
    • Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.

    Reports to: Head, Sales & Biz Dev

    Main Function

    Sales Officer oversees all sales activities in assigned locations to ensure that they run smoothly, efficiently and achieve targets. Relationship Officer Serves as the company’s official representative to target audiences, business partners and alliances, important stakeholders and other third-party collaborations.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Build a solid customer base and a cordial relationship
    • Support old customers and build new channels dealers for the business.
    • Partner with developer’s community to increase reach and brand awareness.
    • Working with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
    • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct line manager and suggest answers where obtainable
    • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales activities, scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints.
    • Answering all customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments.
    • Develop VPS and E mail hosting clients across all sectors.

    • Communicate with customers/clients through phone, e-mail, chats and personally respond to customers queries promptly and professionally.
    • Make outbound and inbound calls to sell company products.
    • Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
    • Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
