    Front Office Executive

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that the front desk office/reception is kept at an acceptable level of cleanliness, neatness, and aesthetic attractiveness to always offer a pleasurable stay to visitors (internal and external)
    • Ensure guest services are exemplary
    • Establish and maintain cordial human relations as necessary to ensure acceptable information exchanges
    • Work with the admission team to process of interviews/admissions as directed by the Head of School
    • Maintain parents’ database in line with established procedures
    • Preparation of letters and sending of emails to parents
    • Giving periodic updates to parents about all relevant school programmes and activities
    • Attend to all staff correspondence and handle all staff-related matters as directed by the HOS and the HR department
    • Coordinate all graduation-related events
    • Manage Corona’s switchboard always ensuring regular maintenance and adequate funding in line with established processes
    • Monitor term planner
    • Understand policies and ensure compliance
    • Attend to all administrative activities
    • Typing and collation of examination questions
    • Supervises the activities of the Front Office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties.
    • Contribute to maintaining good teaming and collaborative environment
    • Monitor the Trust Council’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
    • Perform other related duties as may be assigned to carry out from time to time by the Head of School.

    Qualification

    • A relevant degree or equivalent in social science
    • Relevant certification in customer service and office administration will be an added advantage
    • A minimum of the second-class lower division
    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lesson Planning and Delivery:

    • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
    • Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to facilitate different learning styles.
    • Integrate technology effectively into the classroom to enhance learning.

    Classroom Management:

    • Establish and maintain a positive, orderly, and supportive classroom environment.
    • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure students are engaged and respectful.
    • Address and manage any behavioral issues in a constructive and consistent manner.

    Student Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Assess students’ progress through observation, assignments, tests, and other methods.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.

    Communication:

    • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to build a supportive educational environment.
    • Attend parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
    • Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and administrators to support student learning.

    Professional Development:

    • Stay current with educational best practices and developments.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
    • Reflect on teaching practices and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

    Classroom Environment:

    • Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment that promotes respect and inclusivity.
    • Organize classroom space effectively to support diverse learning activities.
    • Ensure that classroom resources are well-maintained and available for student use.
