    Deputy Head, Human Resources

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Head of Human Resources in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives.
    • Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent.
    • Coordinate performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on employee performance improvement initiatives.
    • Lead employee relations activities, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and investigations in accordance with company policies and labour laws.
    • Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and compliance with organizational policies across all branches.
    • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to improve employee competence, leadership capability, and overall organizational performance.
    • Support succession planning, talent management, and leadership development initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory employment regulations and internal HR policies.
    • Prepare periodic HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic recommendations for Executive Management.
    •  Work closely with Operations, Finance, Audit, and other departments to support business growth and operational excellence.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture and improve staff retention.
    • Supervise the Human Resources team and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure high departmental effectiveness.
    • Perform any other HR-related responsibilities as may be assigned by Executive Management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 8–10 years' cognate experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management position within the retail, FMCG, banking, hospitality, or any other structured organization.
    • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related discipline.
    • Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD will be a strong advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
    • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits administration, disciplinary procedures, and organizational development.
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

    Retail Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mall Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coordinate staff activities, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth operational standards within the mall.

    Storekeeper

    Job Summary

    • The Store Keeper will be responsible for the effective management of inventory, storage facilities, stock movement, and record keeping within the supermarket.
    • The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that stock is received, stored, and issued efficiently while minimizing losses and discrepancies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
    • Ensure proper documentation and recording of all stock received and issued.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and computerized systems.
    • Monitor stock levels and promptly report low stock, overstocking, or discrepancies to management.
    • Organize and arrange products in the store according to established standards and safety procedures.
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliation exercises.
    • Investigate inventory variances and provide reports on stock shortages, damages, and losses.
    • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of all products.
    • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
    • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the store and storage areas.
    • Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely removal or reporting of expired and damaged goods.
    • Prepare and submit periodic inventory, stock movement, and variance reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and health and safety regulations.
    • Support management during stock audits and operational reviews.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory management, store keeping, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Experience using inventory management software will be an added advantage.
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
