    Project Architect

    Job Description

    • We’re looking for a talented and driven Project Architect to join our team and lead architectural projects from concept to completion. 
    • In this role, you'll be responsible for translating client visions into high-quality, buildable designs while managing teams, timelines, budgets, and all phases of project delivery.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and present architectural concepts, technical drawings, and high-quality renderings.
    • Plan and schedule projects, conduct site surveys, and manage timelines from start to finish.
    • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to prepare budgets and track costs.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
    • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and site professionals.
    • Oversee facility maintenance and procurement for office and site resources (e.g., utilities, supplies).
    • Ensure quality control, compliance with safety standards, and project documentation.
    • Provide weekly project updates to both clients and internal leadership.

    Requirements
    What We’re Looking For:

    • Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
    • 3 years of experience managing architectural projects.
    • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.

    Massage Therapist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide customized massage therapy sessions based on clients’ individual needs and health conditions.
    • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
    • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary wellness team to offer integrated care.
    • Participate in group wellness activities, workshops, and corporate wellness programs.

    Qualifications
