Our client is a fast-growing, women-led Nigerian skincare brand focused on crafting high-quality, natural beauty products using locally sourced ingredients. As the brand scales its distribution footprint across Nigeria and strengthens internal systems, they are seeking a senior, highly capable professional to lead both commercial growth and internal operations.
This is a dual leadership role for a commercially driven professional who is also operationally grounded — someone who can grow B2B revenue while ensuring that people, processes, and supply chains are aligned to support scale.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between sales expansion and internal execution, ensuring that growth is sustainable, structured, and well-coordinated.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive B2B sales growth through partnerships, distributors, stockists, and institutional channels
- Source, onboard, and manage distributors and key accounts across priority regions
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing structures, MOQs, and partnership terms
- Develop and execute market expansion and go-to-market strategies
- Work with marketing to support trade marketing, promotions, and retail enablement
- Track sales performance, stock movement, and distributor effectiveness
- Oversee day-to-day staff operations, task coordination, and performance accountability
- Manage procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relationships
- Ensure operational readiness aligns with sales demand and distribution growth
- Act as the link between sales, operations, and fulfilment to ensure smooth execution
What We Expect From You
- Deliver strong B2B growth through new stockists, active distribution, consistent sell-through, and recurring reorders across priority regions
- Ensure operational reliability by maintaining supply availability, timely procurement, and smooth fulfilment
- Drive disciplined staff execution through clear reporting, SOP compliance, and improved turnaround times
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, distribution, operations, or FMCG channel development, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
- Proven track record in managing distributors or stockists and negotiating commercial agreements within the Nigerian market
- Experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, FMCG, or retail distribution environments
- Strong people-management, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Solid understanding of inventory flow, procurement planning, and basic commercial and P&L principles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills, with willingness to travel and engage in hands-on fieldwork
- Strategic yet execution-focused mindset, with strong organisation, commercial drive, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
