    Talent Acquisition Administrator

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Track and manage all applications coming from the back end (Career mail and/or sales referrals)
    • Handle all enquiries and complaints from candidates as is related to the applicable recruitment level. Otherwise, refer same to the appropriate executive.
    • Critically review applications and CVs received via the career mail with an effective attention to important details.
    • Conduct first level phone interviews for senior/select backend role, promptly and properly
    • Schedule all applicable and due levels of interviews for different Talent Acquisition Executives and management members.
    • Follow up on all schedules to ensure prompt attendance from candidate, line managers and Talent Acquisition
    • Executives, and to promptly inform all parties in the event of a delay or reschedule.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with prospective hires.
    • Maintain and Update all applicable databases and trackers (schedules, feedback, status, etc. for all assigned roles).
    • Act as first point of enquiry for any back end applicant’s clarification.
    • Must keep all trackers up to date for easy referencing.
    • Provide timely, applicable post-assessment feedback to all candidates on the status of their application
    • Providing accurate and promptly compiled activity report periodically to both line manager and management.
    • Ensure no candidates' interview stage is delayed by scheduling and inviting them in time
    • Periodically compile and advertise vacant roles on different job boards
    • Ensure assessment test links are sent to candidates when due
    • Assist in conducting interviews for junior roles when necessary
    • Provide high quality of candidate for face to face/video interviews for a higher conversion rate
    • Any other tasks as may be assigned by line manager, HOD or management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

    Job Knowledge:

    • Must be well abreast with recruitment cycle.
    • Must possess sound knowledge of the standard recruitment procedure.
    • Good knowledge and experience conducting phone interviews
    • Good reporting skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork through own actions, with a proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work.
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
    • Keen interest in Human Resources.
    • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.

    Research and Development Manager

    Job Description

    • The Research and development manager is responsible for providing solutions to client’s problems and ensuring satisfaction with the use of IoT devices, microcontrollers, embedded systems, software platforms etc. to build commercially beneficial relationships for both the company and the client(s).

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Supervise research on new technology-based products and solutions to meet the company’s strategy for new products and solutions
    • Product lifecycle management: Lead the utilization of VOC (Voice of Customer) in the development and deployment of remote monitoring solutions
    • Oversee bench and field tests during the product development cycle, pre-deployment simulation tests, and on- site deployment of remote monitoring hardware and software
    • Vendor management: Facilitate, maintain and negotiate profitable vendor relationships following due diligence and risk assessment analysis
    • Technical project management and process improvement for the on-site deployment of new and existing solutions
    • Guide pricing simulations and analysis with market knowledge on hardware and software input costs

    • Oversee adequate analysis on vendor selection based on quality and cost optimization.

    Job Knowledge

    • B.Sc. in Electrical Electronics Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field.
    • Minimum of 4 year and above experience in related competence.
    • Relevant knowledge of embedded systems and electronic circuits
    • IoT and Control systems enthusiast
    • Quality Business Intelligence and data analysis experience with relevant tools (data-driven decision making)

    Skills / Competencies:

    • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies

    Internal Audit Executive

    Job Description

    • Objectively review the organization's business processes
    • Evaluate the efficacy of risk management processes in place.
    • Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls. Identify loopholes and recommend risk-mitigating measures.
    • Review of petty cash.
    • Protect against fraud and theft of the organization's assets.
    • Call-over of postings by the collections team to assess correctness, promptness and completeness.
    • Call-over of ledger postings by the Accounts department to ensure correctness and adherence to accounting principles and guidelines.
    • Periodic risk assessment of internal processes in order to identify loopholes and proffering appropriate solutions.
    • Conduct investigations into identified and reported cases as required.

    Portfolio Risk Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Conducts detailed portfolio analysis and reports. Analyzes report on loan and lease portfolio to anticipate, identify and mitigate credit risk exposure related to portfolio management activities
    • Analyzes transactional risk measures including default, correlations, and stress losses to enhance concentration risk views.
    • Analyzes and monitors the company’s lease portfolio.
    • Periodically perform default/principal at risk assessment, measuring the impact of guarantors/collaterals and impact of group loan on risk exposure.
    • Monitors compliance to credit and risk policies of the company.
    • Prepares reports on analytics of portfolio performance, emerging trends, areas of opportunity, repossessed lease assets, etc.

    • Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Social Science.
    • Minimum of 2 years working in a similar field, with cognitive experience as analytics officer.

    Requirements:

    • Cognitive abilities in quantitative measurement of data
    • Research and analysis skills
    • Comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and financial enterprise resource software usage.
    • Beginner / Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suites
    • Ability to present and communicate analysis and recommendations
    • Ability to measure financial data to evaluate financial performance and position.

    Job Knowledge:

    • Experience with SQL and PowerBI required.

    Information and Cyber Security Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Skills / Competencies:

    • CISSP or CISA Preferred. At a minimum Comptia Security+
    • Proven hands-on ethical hacking knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Firewall and configuration such as Fortigate and Checkpoint UTM.
    • Knowledge of Cloud Security.
