    Chief of Partnerships -Joint Venture (Real Estate)

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of viable JV leads generated per quarter.
    • Conversion rate of MoUs to fully executed Development Agreements.
    • The total projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of secured partnerships.
    • The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing Joint Venture (JV) opportunities between landowners, investors, and the company. The goal is to expand the company’s real estate portfolio by facilitating partnerships where the company provides the expertise and the partner provides the land or capital.

    Key Responsibilities

    • JV Sourcing & Origination: Proactively identify and engage with high-net-worth landowners and institutional landholders (e.g., family offices, religious bodies) for potential JV development projects.
    • Structuring Partnerships: Develop and negotiate the commercial terms of JV agreements, ensuring a balanced distribution of risks and returns in line with the JHPlc model.
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between legal teams, architects, and JV partners to move projects from "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) to "Development Agreement".
    • Realtor & Agency Coordination: Build and manage a network of realtors and consultants to gain intelligence on off-market land deals and high-potential development sites.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all potential JVs align with local land laws (C of O verification) and the company's internal risk mitigation frameworks.

    Business Development Manager -Fire Safety Equipment and Gadgets

    • The Technical Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value fire protection contracts within the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry. He will leverage our legacy and OEM partnerships (Angus Fire, Rosenbauer) to provide integrated fire engineering solutions, ensuring we hit a divisional revenue target of $10m within the fiscal year.Key Responsibilities
    • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate "Major Accounts" including NNPC, IOCs
    • (Snepco, Total, Chevron, ExxonMobil), and leading independent oil companies (Seplat, Aradel, East Lake, First E&P, Ladol, Walter Smith, etc).
    • Technical Advisory: Conduct site fire-risk audits and draft technical proposals that comply with NFPA, EN, DPR/NUPRC, and NCDMB guidelines.
    • Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end tendering process on the NipeX portal, ensuring technical and commercial compliance for major firefighting equipment and system installation projects.
    • OEM Liaison: Work closely with international partners (Angus Fire, etc.) to specify bespoke solutions for FPSOs, Refineries, and Tank Farms.
    • Relationship Management: Build a "warm" network with HSE Leads, Maintenance
    • Managers, and Contract Committees to position John Holt as the preferred service provider for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs).
