The Technical Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value fire protection contracts within the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry. He will leverage our legacy and OEM partnerships (Angus Fire, Rosenbauer) to provide integrated fire engineering solutions, ensuring we hit a divisional revenue target of $10m within the fiscal year.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate "Major Accounts" including NNPC, IOCs (Snepco, Total, Chevron, ExxonMobil), and leading independent oil companies (Seplat,
Aradel, East Lake, First E&P, Ladol, Walter Smith, etc).
Technical Advisory: Conduct site fire-risk audits and draft technical proposals that comply with NFPA, EN, DPR/NUPRC, and NCDMB guidelines.
Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end tendering process on the NipeX portal, ensuring technical and commercial compliance for major firefighting equipment and system installation projects.
OEM Liaison: Work closely with international partners (Angus Fire, etc.) to specify bespoke solutions for FPSOs, Refineries, and Tank Farms.
Relationship Management: Build a "warm" network with HSE Leads, Maintenance
Managers, and Contract Committees to position Our company as the preferred service provider for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs).
