    Customer Service Personnel / Operations Executive

    Duties

    • Convert potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally
    • Respond to customer inquiries about available products and services
    • Establish new customer accounts, recording account information on written forms or digitally
    • Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
    • Inventory management and stock taking.
    • Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary
    • Maintain and regularly update financial account information using computer software programs
    • Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional service
    • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
    • Increasing product sales and market share.
    • Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.
    • Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate Degree in Management, Social Sciences or Operations
    • Minimum of Two years of related work experience.

    Clients Relations Associate

    Duties

    • Be knowledgeable about the product
    • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
    • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
    • Answer questions about the products
    • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
    • Cross-sell products
    • Ensure racks are fully stocked
    • Manage returns of merchandise
    • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
    • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
    • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • 4 years of experience
    • Must have experience in retail sales and a supervisory role will be an advantage.
    • Must be female.
