    Transport Officer

    Major Responsibilities

    • Manage the transport budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics support.
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transport operations.
    • Supervise drivers and transport staff to ensure punctuality and professionalism.
    • Develop and implement effective routing strategies to optimize delivery schedules.
    • Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and operating costs.
    • Ensure compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate transport-related reports and documentation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Transport or fleet management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of route planning, logistics, and vehicle maintenance.

    Store Officer

    Major Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record all food items, beverages, and restaurant supplies
    • Ensure proper storage of items according to hygiene and safety standards
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock cards/system regularly
    • Issue items to kitchen and service staff based on approved requisitions
    • Monitor stock levels and report low or expired items promptly
    • Prevent loss, damage, or pilferage of store items
    • Coordinate with procurement and management on stock replenishment
    • Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND qualification (additional qualifications are an advantage)
    • Previous experience as a Store Officer or Storekeeper, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
    • Basic knowledge of inventory management
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain cleanliness standards
    • Honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
