    Zonal Credit Manager, Lagos Zone

    We are looking for diligent and well organized team member to join our Risk department as a Zonal Credit Manager. The Employee will drive the efforts and processes related to collections of our PAYG products in the field. They will also give advice and suggestions on how to improve customer payments and satisfaction while ensuring that the company offer matches end-users expectations.

    What you would be expected to do

    • Assist the Credit Manager in developing methodologies to improve the current processes.
    • Suggest enhancements to current process and policies to avoid operational risks.
    • Presentation of ideas via reports and presentations, outline findings and making recommendations for improvements.
    • Assist the Credit Process Manager in implementing audit recommendations.
    • Carry out periodic spot checks on processes and provide findings and recommendation of the risks identified.
    • Investigate fraud cases and give recommendations of the same (which includes data collections and interviewing claimants).
    • Identify and classify potential default risk through data collection and interaction with clients.
    • Preparation of field reports/collation of data/documentation and report.
    • Red flag identification and timely reporting of the same

    You might be a strong candidate if you

    • Have minimum 2 years working experience preferably in the Control and Compliance/Risk department.
    • Possess strong data collection skill.
    • Are excellent at fraud detection & investigation.
    • Are proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level).
    • Demonstrates problem-solving abilities.
    • Have a good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
    • Have previous work experience in MFI or banks.
    • Are multilingual ( English & Yoruba).

    Zonal Business Manager, Middle Belt

    About the role:

    The Zonal Business Manager is a senior seasoned sales professional for the EasyBuy channel who will oversee sales and distribution operations and ready to expand Sun King’s massive sales network to states across the allocated zone; comprising of all our areas located in North Central and Mid North. This is a Senior position which takes full strategic and tactical accountability for all business functions of the direct sales business - as well as growing sales across the zone and overseeing state-level sales operations.

    What you would be expected to do

    • Delivering the target weighted units at Zonal level through mapped out regions with daily tracking of sales.
    • Providing guidance to direct reports through strong management and mentorship with emphasis on robust sales structure.
    • Supervising marketing activities in the Zone to drive sales growth. This can be through ensuring AHQs conduct Evening demos, Trade shows etc.
    • Proper management of collection default rates.
    • Ensuring profitability of all regions/ areas within the zone and expanding to new regions and areas.
    • Ensure Recruitment and Retention of all zonal sales teams through proper training, management, and performance review.
    • Coach and mentor, all direct reports on daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
    • Ensure that all teams have the required tools and materials for trade execution
    • Ensure that all rival activities are countered with effective strategies to avoid erosion of market presence.
    • Ensure Visibility in the trade is high.
    • Ensure that all cost and expenses are kept within acceptable levels and within budget.
    • Provide all required reports for business needs for your zone.

    You might be a strong candidate if you have

    • HND/BSC in a Business-related field or related field
    • At least 7 years hands-on-experience in Sales.
    • Experience in the Solar Industry is mandatory for this role.
    • 90% territorial sales experience of areas in North Central and Mid North.
    • Has excellent Computer knowledge with comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Has high innovative skills, thinking out of the box, cost conscious
    • Is excellently skilled in Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing, Maximizing value and see the big picture
    • Is able to skillfully build relations, work on internal & external relationships
    • Listens well, coaches’ others and is disciplined in their learning practice
    • Has Operation Excellence and a strong business acumen
