    Graduate Trainee

    Responsibilites

    • Participate in rotational assignments across Operations, Truck Maintenance, Audit, HR & Administration, Finance, and IT units.
    • Assist departmental teams with day-to-day activities, projects, and reporting tasks.
    • Support the truck maintenance team in tracking vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
    • Contribute to audit and compliance reviews by gathering data, preparing working papers, and supporting internal control checks.
    • Provide support to the HR and Admin team in recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and administrative functions.
    • Assist the finance unit in basic financial analysis, reconciliations, expense tracking, and reporting.
    • Support IT staff in troubleshooting, system updates, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to build technical, professional, and leadership skills.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of learning outcomes from each departmental rotation.

    Quality Assurance and Quality Control Officer (Rivers)

    Responsibilities
    Quality Assurance & Compliance:

    • Develop, implement, and monitor QAQC policies, procedures, and standards across all departments.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., DPR/NMDPRA, OSHA, ISO standards).
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on fuel handling, storage, and distribution operations.
    • Verify that truck maintenance activities meet safety, reliability, and environmental standards.

    Auditing & Monitoring:

    • Plan and execute internal quality audits across all business units (operations, HR, finance, IT, etc.).
    • Work with the audit team to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial and operational controls.
    • Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

    Process Improvement:

    • Develop quality performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and compliance.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
    • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives in line with IT best practices.

    Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Oversight:

    • Collaborate with HSE officers to enforce safety protocols in depots, truck yards, and maintenance workshops.
    • Monitor waste management, pollution control, and adherence to environmental standards.
    • Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.

    Cross-Departmental Support:

    • Work with HR/Admin to ensure recruitment, training, and employee practices align with quality standards.
    • Collaborate with Finance to ensure compliance with audit controls and reporting accuracy.
    • Provide guidance to IT for data protection, system reliability, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare regular QAQC reports for management review.
    • Maintain updated quality manuals, SOPs, and compliance records.
    • Ensure documentation meets ISO and regulatory requirements.

    Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer (Petroleum Depot Lab Technician) - Cross River

    Responsibilites
    Petroleum Depot & Laboratory Functions:

    • Conduct laboratory tests on petroleum products to ensure compliance with ASTM, DPR, and other regulatory standards.
    • Monitor product quality from receipt, storage, and dispatch to prevent contamination or adulteration.
    • Maintain calibration of laboratory equipment and ensure accurate documentation of test results.
    • Implement and enforce HSE standards in laboratory and depot operations.
    • Coordinate with operations to resolve quality issues promptly.

    Quality Assurance & Control Oversight:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QA/QC policies, procedures, and manuals.
    • Carry out inspections, internal audits, and compliance checks across departments (Truck Maintenance, HR & Admin, Finance, IT, etc.).
    • Recommend corrective and preventive actions to management for process improvement.
    • Track, analyze, and report quality performance indicators to management.
    • Support external regulatory inspections and certification processes.

    Cross-Departmental Support:

    • Truck Maintenance Unit – Ensure maintenance processes follow safety and quality procedures, including use of genuine parts and proper documentation.
    • Processing Audit Unit – Collaborate with audit teams to provide quality-related data, records, and compliance reports.
    • HR & Admin Department – Ensure adherence to ISO/quality management procedures in HR processes, staff training, and policy enforcement.
    • Finance Unit – Verify compliance in documentation and process integrity in financial reporting where QA/QC oversight is required.
    • IT Section – Support IT in implementing quality systems for data security, accuracy, and integrity.
