    SFA Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The SFA Assistant provides day-to-day operational support to the SFA Manager, ensuring smooth running of SFA tools, timely issue resolution, and effective communication with the sales force. This role keeps the engine running, helping the team get the most out of our sales technology and ensuring flawless execution in the field.

    Job Details

    Operational Support & Issue Management 

    • Act as the first line of support for sales teams using SFA tools, resolving routine issues quickly or escalating to the SFA Manager when needed. 
    • Monitor system usage daily, flagging non-compliance or data errors for immediate action. 
    • Assist in system updates, user access management, and device readiness.

    Training & Adoption Support 

    • Help prepare training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides for field teams. 
    • Support onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing staff. 
    • Gather feedback from users to identify recurring challenges and improvement opportunities.

    Reporting & Data Accuracy 

    • Conduct daily checks on SFA data quality (coverage, strike rate, order capture). 
    • Generate basic reports and dashboards to support sales leadership and SFA Manager reviews. 
    • Ensure all key metrics are accurate and available for morning huddles and weekly scoreboards.

    Collaboration & Continuous Improvement 

    • Work closely with the SFA Manager to implement new features and process enhancements. 
    • Act as a bridge between frontline teams and the SFA Manager, ensuring smooth communication.
    • Proactively share ideas to make the tool more user-friendly and impactful in-market.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSC Degree
    • 2-3 years of experience in sales information management within the FMCG industry
    • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG company is an added advantage. 
    • Proficiency in SFA tools
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Power BI for data analysis and reporting

    Utility Technician

    Job Summary

    • The Utility Technician is responsible for the operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility equipment such as boilers, compressors, chillers, water treatment plants, and power generation systems. The role ensures uninterrupted supply of utilities (steam, compressed air, refrigeration, water, and power) to support efficient production operations in line with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations & Monitoring

    • Operate and monitor utility systems including boilers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment plants, diesel generators, and related equipment.
    • Record, track, and interpret readings from gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure utilities operate within specified parameters.
    • Ensure consistent supply of utilities to support production with minimal downtime.

    Maintenance & Troubleshooting

    • Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on utility systems as scheduled.
    • Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
    • Support the Utility Engineer in executing planned shutdown maintenance activities.
    • Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure equipment is kept in optimal working condition.

    Compliance & Safety

    Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental standards in utility operations.

    Ensure compliance with statutory requirements on boiler operation, water quality, and pressure vessel handling.

    Participate in safety drills and training programs as required.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.

    • Report abnormalities, risks, or recurring issues to the Utility Engineer.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process/equipment improvement

    Requirements

    • OND / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in utility operations and maintenance in FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing industry.
    • Hands-on knowledge of boilers, compressors, chillers, pumps, and water treatment systems.
