    Supervisor

    Duties / Description

    • Staff Supervision:
      • Oversee the work of waitstaff, bussers, hosts/hostesses, and other restaurant staff.
      • Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
      • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
      • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
      • Address employee concerns and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
      • Ensure staff compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Guest Service:
      • Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant.
      • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
      • Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and have a positive dining experience.
      • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
    • Restaurant Operations:
      • Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
      • Monitor food and beverage orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
      • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
      • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
      • Maintain a safe and secure work environment for staff and guests.
      • Assist with special events and catering as needed.
    • Financial Responsibilities:
      • Assist with the processing of credit card payments and other financial transactions.
      • Monitor restaurant sales and identify any trends or areas of concern.
      • Assist with the preparation of daily and weekly reports.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
    • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
    • Food Handler's Certification preferred.

    Restaurant Manager

    Summary

    • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant.
    • This includes overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and maintaining a profitable and efficient business.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Staff Management:

    • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, hosts, and support staff.

    Cashier

    Summary

    • The Restaurant Cashier is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer payments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cash register and till area in a clean and organized manner.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Process Customer Payments:

    • Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment.
    • Ensure that all transactions are entered correctly into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
    • Issue receipts and provide change to customers.
    • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
    • Resolve any payment issues or discrepancies promptly.

    Customer Service:

    • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
