    Data Analyst

    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join Renmoney's. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams such as Decision Science, Risk Management, Collection, Marketing, Sales, Savings by monitoring and tracking various parameters to ensure effective credit risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and programming to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create BI-dashboards, data-marts, DWH-segments as valuable data-product for supported business units.
    • Improve BI-dashboards design, compactness, accuracy.
    • Maintain SLA on BI-reporting availability for supported business units.
    • Communicate with supported business units on user stories, task clarification, BI-reporting, ad-hoc data-exports. Negotiate new reports value and simplification.
    • Initiate and investigate data-inconsistency tickets, bug-tracking control.
    • Participate in ETL-processes and DWH logic-schema development, creating new DWH business-segments.
    • New data-sources and data-entities exploration.
    • Automate sophisticated reports and calculations.
    • Create data-quality checks and procedures.
    • Communicate with IT on data availability, data quality, data acquisition.
    • Collaborate with other data-analysts and data-engineers.
    • Mentor junior data-analysts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably within the banking industry.
    • Advanced SQL, middle BI, proven experience in different dialects and BI environments (Power BI as advantage)
    • Good understanding on DWH principles, DB-architecture and ETL process
    • Experience in data-quality analysis
    • Responsible self-controlling skills
    • Excellent communication skills and deep understanding of stakeholders needs detection
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

    Collateral Manager

    Description

    The Collateral Manager will oversee the entire collateral management process for the bank’s SME and corporate lending portfolios. This includes assessing, monitoring, and valuing collateral to ensure proper risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    Collateral Assessment and Valuation:

    • Evaluate and value collateral.
    • Coordinate with third-party valuers.
    • Maintain accurate collateral records.

    Collateral Monitoring and Management:

    • Implement collateral monitoring processes.
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits.
    • Manage the collateral release process.

    Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes.
    • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate collateral-related risks.
    • Develop strategies to minimize exposure.
    • Prepare reports on collateral performance.

    Process Improvement:

    • Review and enhance collateral management processes.
    • Implement best practices and leverage technology.
    • Provide training to staff.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams.
    • Serve as the primary contact for external valuers.
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate reports on collateral portfolios and performance.
    • Provide insights for decision-making.
    • Ensure timely reporting to management and regulatory bodies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collateral management or related areas.
    • Understanding of SME and corporate lending, and collateral valuation methods.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in collateral management systems and financial analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
