Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue B2B opportunities across beauty brands, pharmacies, hospitality, and export sectors.
• Contract Acquisition: Present private-label solutions, lead negotiations, and close manufacturing deals.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by upselling formulation and packaging services.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships to ensure repeat production and capacity utilization.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3–6 years in B2B sales, manufacturing, or FMCG (Cosmetics experience is a massive plus).
• Skillset: Proven ability to close high-value contracts and manage a complex sales pipeline.
• Drive: Self-starters who can work independently to hit aggressive growth targets.
• Knowledge: Understanding of private labeling, supply chain, or product formulation.

• As a Marketing Officer, you will be the engine behind our brand visibility. You will execute multi-channel campaigns, manage high-growth social media platforms, and use data-driven insights to scale our retail, spa, and tech subsidiaries. We are looking for a "Growth Hacker" who can balance creative storytelling with analytical performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing initiatives for retail products, luxury spa services, and the "Unwind" tech app.
• Digital Growth: Lead day-to-day social media (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn), SEO, and paid ad efforts (Meta & Google Ads).
• Content Creation: Produce engaging text, image, and video content that aligns with international brand standards.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research and analyze consumer data to optimize product positioning.
• Events & PR: Coordinate brand activations, exhibitions, and corporate communications/newsletters.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 2–5 years in Marketing or User Acquisition with a focus on growth.
• Technical Tools: Expert in Google Analytics, Google Trends, and A/B testing.
• Skillset: Strong grasp of mobile performance marketing, SEO, and retargeting.
• Mindset: Analytical, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with a minimum of 2:1
• MBA or MSC is an added advantage
• At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role in the investment banking sector or corporate banking sector
• CFA, ACCA, ACA or other relevant certifications

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with a minimum of 2:1
• A minimum of 7 years post-NYSC qualification experience in corporate or commercial banking; preferably from Access Bank, GTBank, Fidelity Bank or FCMB Bank.
• ICAN, ACCA, ACA or other relevant certifications is a plus.
