Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue B2B opportunities across beauty brands, pharmacies, hospitality, and export sectors.
• Contract Acquisition: Present private-label solutions, lead negotiations, and close manufacturing deals.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by upselling formulation and packaging services.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships to ensure repeat production and capacity utilization.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3–6 years in B2B sales, manufacturing, or FMCG (Cosmetics experience is a massive plus).
• Skillset: Proven ability to close high-value contracts and manage a complex sales pipeline.
• Drive: Self-starters who can work independently to hit aggressive growth targets.
• Knowledge: Understanding of private labeling, supply chain, or product formulation.
