    Technical Design Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Technical Design Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and improvement of vehicle systems, components, and manufacturing designs within the company.
    • The role oversees engineering design activities, ensures compliance with automotive standards, and drives innovation, quality, and manufacturability across all automobile projects.

    Key Responsibilities
    Technical Design & Development:

    • Lead the design and development of vehicle components, assemblies, and systems.
    • Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design modifications.
    • Ensure designs meet functional, safety, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
    • Supervise prototype development, testing, and validation processes.

    Project Management:

    • Manage multiple vehicle design and engineering projects from concept to production stage.
    • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor deliverables.
    • Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.

    Collaboration & Production Support:

    • Lead and mentor design engineers, draftsmen, and technical personnel.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and technical development programs.

    Documentation & Compliance:

    • Ensure proper management of technical drawings, revisions, and engineering documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and safety requirements.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.
    • Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in the automobile industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior technical design role.
    • Strong experience in vehicle design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
    • Proficiency in CAD and engineering software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or related applications.
    • Good understanding of automotive systems, fabrication, and production processes.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

    CCTV Operator

    Job Summary

    • The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities.
    • This is a full-time onsite role, requiring constant monitoring of CCTV cameras, prompt incident reporting, and collaboration with the security team to maintain a secure working environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Surveillance Monitoring:

    • Monitor live CCTV feeds across the factory, offices, warehouses, and surrounding premises.
    • Detect and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns.
    • Track movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles within the facility.

    Incident Reporting & Response:
