    Wells Advisor III

    Job Summary

    • Standard 5 days on/2 days off MAIN FUNCTIONS The Wells Advisor job role is meant to convey the generic kinds of experiences and skill proficiencies of a late-career/ Expert-competency level individual in this role.

    Operations / Wellsite Geologist III

    Onshore Rotation: 3 weeks on/3 weeks off

    Job Summary

    • Interpret and integrate geological data and provide well-site geological support for drilling wells in oil fields.
    • This includes delivering optimized horizontal wellbore placement, final well reports, updated horizontal well cross-sections, maps, and formation evaluation logs for recent and previously drilled wells.
    • Provide geological support for interdisciplinary reservoir studies and field development plans. Develop and mentor less experienced staff.

    Job Details

    • The primary responsibilities of the Wellsite Geologist are the supervision of all wellsite geological personnel and operations (e.g. mudlogging, Logging While Drilling (LWD), Wireline services, core handling/processing) and quality assurance of all geological data acquisition and reporting.

    Wellsite Geological Services:

    • Geological monitoring
    • Monitoring and supervision of wireline and LWD logging operations

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Geology from a recognized institution with experience as a Wellsite Geologist. 
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good organizational and coordination skills, and able to work well with others
    • Offshore experience, including platform/deviated well drilling with associated technologies (e.g. LWD, WL)
    • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any rig or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
    • Have successfully passed a recognized (OPITO) course in Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET), Sea Survival, and H2S within the previous two years. Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project
    • Experience with mud logging, cuttings description, real-time image logs, and correlating them to determine lithology and well path
    • Experience with directional drilling, well planning, depth control measurements, and understanding of BHAs (Bottom Hole Assemblies)

    Drilling / Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III

    Aviation Dispatcher I

    Job Summary

    • Perform day-to-day aviation dispatch and passenger pre-flight services for inbound and outbound (fixed wing, helicopter) to ensure seamless transition for passengers and freight.
    • Position will receive support and direction.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Obtain weather report for the station of departure, destination and the alternative route before scheduled departure time.
    • Obtain the daily manifest through the Personnel Tracking System (PTS) (passenger tracking system).

    Well Work Supervisor III

    Job Summary

    • Offshore Rotation – 4 weeks on/4 weeks off MAIN FUNCTIONS Provides planning support to Well Management Engineers and onsite Company representative at the wellhead platform to support the safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover or well intervention and related plans. Is the primary contact for execution readiness and directly supervises Service Partner personnel at all stages of the operations.
    • When offshore, supports Wellwork Coordinator with in-field information to ensure Service Partner personnel work accomplishment, execution needs, logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.

    Tasks and Responsibilties

    • Internal: Immediate work group and interfaces with engineering teams
    • External: Work effectively with Service Partners, PIC, Projects and Maintenance reps in SIMOPS area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
    • Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events

    Lifting Equipment Operator III

    Job Details

    • Operates cranes and performs rigging activities to assist maintenance, production, construction, and safety crews as required.
    • Loads and unloads material and equipment in accordance with Company’s specific lifting procedures, including movement of material to the proper locations.
    • Carries out all lifting operations in accordance to safety rules and company regulations.

    Job Summary

    • Represents the company on a rig site to support the safe and efficient execution of well plans. Is the primary contact for rig and third party personnel to ensure logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.

    Materials Lead III

    Job Summary

    • Offshore Rotation – 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.The Materials Lead manages and expedites flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, according to delivery and shipping schedules and project priorities, and compiles and maintains computerized records.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Oversees and ensures the compilation and maintenance manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, delivery, shipping and storage reports, and status and location of materials.

    Completions Engineer III

    Job Summary

    • Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of planning and completing a well
    • Ensure the geological and reservoir objectives of the well are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied to the well design and execution.

    • The selected vendor will provide experienced personnel to supervise geological operations, ensure data quality, and support communication between the wellsite and office teams.

    Tasks & Responsibilities
    Wellsite Responsibilities:

    • A Senior Well Site Geologist shall:
    • Supervise and quality control all geological operations at the wellsite.
    • Oversee and validate sample descriptions of cuttings and cavings.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the wellsite and office-based teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Supervise and quality control all data acquisition activities, including mud logging and LWD/MWD, wireline, and coring services.

    • Active participation on daily toolbox meetings and regular, reported safety meetings
    • Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions by the continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operational conditions
    • Function as Equipment Care Technician, and routinely use Maintenance skills in performing simple maintenance activities
    • Report when the alarm, emergency or emergency shutdown system is out of service
    • Provide detailed, clear and accurate information when changing shift, to guarantee that unit conditions are updated and ensure operations continuity
    • Coordinate, control and monitor maintenance jobs according with the corrective, predictive and preventive planning
    • Report continuously in the log book all relevant operational events and abnormal situations or deviation occurred in the work area, equipment or personnel
    • Take samples of products for laboratory analysis and execute field laboratory tests
    • Active participation on emergency response activities
    • Report incidents internally and escalate awareness as per the Incident Reporting Guidelines
    • Ensure that Operations Shift Supervisor is informed and consulted about operations activities
    • Ensure good communication across the work team so that issues / actions can be adequately addressed
    • Provide the basic facts concerning well producing problems, current production rates, and current condition of the well
    • Ensure that the well problem diagnostics are thorough and complete before requesting Well Work intervention operations
    • Ensure that the wellhead and well surface equipment are maintained and are in good working order prior to Wellwork operations taking over responsibility for the well for intervention operations
    • Provide assistance and support to the ongoing Wellwork operations as needed

    Requirements

    • Completed secondary education and worked previously as a Field Technician.
    • Strong communications (oral & written)
    • High standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others.
    • Extensive knowledge and / or experience of pipeline operations
    • Extensive knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes
    • Strong knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Procedures
    • Extensive knowledge of Project Philosophy and Design Specifications
    • Knowledgeable of relevant regulations.
    • Knowledgeable of relevant commercial agreements.

    Mechanical Engineer III

    Offshore Rotation: Standard 5 days on / 2 days off

    Job Summary

    •  Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team's goals, objectives, and procedures.
    • Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products
    • Coordination and communication of various issues among the company's and contractor's engineering team that affect the discipline engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work
    • Evaluate / comment work performed by the contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of discipline design drawings and documents
    • Identify and assess deviations to contract technical specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to company procedures; maintains deviation control log.
    • Steward discipline engineering queries from the contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests
    • Keep lead engineer or engineering manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns
    • Participate in discipline engineering reviews at contractor's and subcontractor's locations
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design
    • Support internal engineering general interest or global practice initiatives as requested by supervisor

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience
    • Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent english, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

    Mechanical Technician III

    Onshore Rotation: 3 weeks on/3 weeks off. 

    Main Functions

    • Technicians are assigned to carry out maintenance work.
    • This can either be an Company (XOM) employee or a Contractor resource.
    • Typically reports to a supervisor.

    Job Details
    Task and Responsibilities:

    • Estimates work load to establish completion dates.
    • Assists mechanical engineers in the planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery, such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
    • Helps prepare proposals and cost estimates.
    • Actively participate in the use of all on the job safety tools
    • Review job packs
    • Identify any safety issues associated with job end ensure removal/mitigation prior to working
    • Execute work as planned
    • Record technical history as required by workgroup. (Global Reliability Tool (GRT), data sheet, etc.)
    • Provide feedback on job pack improvements to Execution FLS
    • Request permits and notify Supervisor if permit cannot be issued within 30 minutes of requested time.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience.
    • Strong communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
    • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.

    Mechanical Technician I

    • Lead construction team in execution of integrity repairs on the facility, prepare work pack and coordinate the repair and replacement of process valves, MOLPs and rigging requirements for such tasks.
    • Identify any safety issues associated with job end ensure removal/mitigation prior to working.
    • Certified in skills related to rigging, lifting, welding.
    • Strong communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps. 
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
    • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
