Our client in Ikoyi, Lagos is currently seeking to hire a Sales Representative who has proven work experience as a sales representative

Number of candidates needed: Two

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

JOB DESCRIPTION/KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Our client in Lekki is currently seeking to hire a smart and experienced lady who will manage all domestic work.
• Prepare meals in private homes according to employers' recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
• Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.
• Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.
• Plan menus according to employers' needs and diet restrictions
• Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, and special
• Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables and meats, and bake bread and pastries.
• Direct the operations of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food.
• Specialize in preparing fancy dishes and/or food for special diets

REQUIREMENT/SKILLS

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
• Verbal communication skills, as private household cooks will need to communicate with their clients about what their specific needs are
• Creativity, as part of producing excellent and tasty meals is to think outside the box and add a touch of uniqueness
• Attention to detail, as private household cooks must plan the best menus, with the most delicious flavoring
• Organization skills, as private household cooks need to stay on top of grocery orders and make sure food is prepared on time
