Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science / Business-related courses
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a generalist role
• A professional certification in Human Resources and/or from a recognized professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHPRI, etc.
• Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures and best practices
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Excellent people management skills.

Job Description

• Analysing current and past financial data
• Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
• Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans
• Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the above information
• Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
• Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth.

Requirements

• A Degree in one of the Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
• Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
