Job Summary

• This position is responsible for supporting the MRO Lead in ensuring that Customer Requests are rapidly turned to purchase orders and is expected to manage multiple orders simultaneously, anticipating varying degrees of complexity and value.
• In addition, the role continues to own related purchase orders through to closeout and/ or renewal.

Responsibilities

• Process PR' s as assigned, verify prices, ensure right specification is made, call for quotes, when necessary, analyze quotes and obtain all relevant approvals prior to order in SAP.
• Strategies to shorten processing time utilizing IPS and Frame-Price agreements.
• Develop Procurement plan that would help support effective execution of critical operations for proper management of lead time and cost effectiveness.
• Creation of Purchase orders on spare part on SAP, as required by Operations.
• Maintain execution tracking Sheet for every spare part and services requested.
• Follow up on suppliers for delivery of materials in accordance with agreed lead time.
• Constantly monitor market price of materials and services in order to facilitate efficient review of price.
• Work with various customers, and stakeholders within Oilserv Businesses & Functions, to execute commercial work plans, assuring supply of products at market competitive terms and quality conditions, taking lead in testing and obtaining test results for tested products that require such.
• Ensure all commercial activityis fully aligned with the Oilserv commercial strategies and Tail spend principles.
• Deliver end-to-end cost savings method that will impact on Oilserv bottom line
• Sources for OEM representatives/Foreign vendors on specialized categories
• Categorizes vendors based on technical competences. 
• Expedites purchase order to delivery.
• Evaluates vendors Performance and recommend sanctions.
• Ensures goods received notes are issued to suppliers.
• Ensures that suppliers invoices are processed.
• Follow up with foreign procurement to processing of form M, mile-stone payments and shipment.
• Sends monthly report on status of supplies/ and pending deliveries.
• Proficient in the use of excel. 
• Collate generated procurement documents and adequately file them in a systematic manner that will permit easy traceability.
• Process requisitions from weekly GEP-SMART and run reports as necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct a first-level review of ITT SoW and identify material and service scopes for procurement.
• Contribute to value engineering to optimize spending.
• Early detection technical requirements such as standards, certifications, material type, testing, etc. that could impact the cost.
• Demonstrate the contribution of effective procurement in improving profitability, savings, and efficiencies for OSL.
• Ensure flow down of ITT documentation requirements to SDRL.
• Ensure that requisitions, orders, invoices, and other documentation relating to procurement and supply are clear and accurate.
• Analyze and allow for the risk of the impact of legislation, and macroeconomic factors on purchasing activities.
• Promote the use of GEP-SMART, SAP, and other e-sourcing and e-tendering systems to internal stakeholders to perform key tasks in procurement and supply.
• Calculate the basic financial analysis of costs and prices and use this data to negotiate with Suppliers.
• Contribute to the preparation of contracts and agreements.
• Highlight cash flow constraints and opportunities in milestone payment negotiation with Suppliers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review and clarify requirements to ensure that value is generated through the sourcing of goods and services.
• Make recommendations and obtain approvals within delegated levels of authority for the award of contracts.
• Compile timely and accurate ITT considering the requirement of stakeholders such as ITP requirements for each materials type etch.
• Carry out and record discussions with suppliers and markets in appropriate circumstances to develop improved commercial and technical solutions. 
• Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with internal stakeholders to promote relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to promote effective procurement and supply.
• Assist budget holders and internal estimators in determining the appropriateness of benchmark techniques against the current market trend. 
• Operate and support the implementation of contract management systems, taking actions for controlling variations from planned performance.
• Analyze value criteria and suggest ways to achieve a balance in the procurement of goods and services in own area of responsibility.
• Analyze data showing forecasts for actual expenditure and extreme variances between forecasted and actual expenditure, taking account of market trends. 
• Capture the commercial implication of all technical changes during evaluation and execution.
• Identify potential impacts of modern slavery on procurement and supply activity, recognizing when breaches have occurred and escalating these as appropriate. 
• Ensure own compliance with ethical practices when sourcing goods or services for OSL.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Must have an Engineering background.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in an engineering, sales, or procurement role.
• CIPS level 4 is an added advantage

• n addition, the role continues to own related executed contracts through to closeout and/ or renewal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop Contract Strategies and tactics that meet the Business demand while considering potential implementation of Global Strategies.
• Prepare and issue contract documentations, Invitation to Tender, Request for Quotations/ Proposal, Letters of Intent, Contract Agreement).
• Conduct tenders, evaluate bids, drive negotiations with Suppliers and present Recommendation for Award to the Supply Chain Governance Board for Management approval.
• Drive contracts drafting and execution and ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contract close-out, extension or renewal.
• Ensures that contracts are drafted in accordance with approved model contracts and contributes to periodic review of same.
• Create and amend Service Requests for contract service providers that exist on Company's SAP system.
• Provide contract status reports as required.
• Resolve vendors' invoices issues with Finance Department to facilitate contractors' payment processing.
• Ensure every Company contract created contains up-to-date Health, Safety and Environment Terms &Conditions in line with Group requirements.
• Comply with Company HSE Policies, regulations and standards towards achieving "Goal Zero".
• To carry out on a regular basis the raising and handling of Service Works Orders or and Service Requests to support the projects/operations non-core activities.
• Responsible for contracting activities including but not limited to Civil Works, Civil Infrastructure & Services, Telecom Infrastructure Services & Works, Road Construction & Rehabilitations, Campsite Construction, Marine Services, Engineering Support Services, Consultancy Services, Project Studies, etc.
