    Contract Analyst

    JOB SUMMARY

    • This position is responsible for supporting the Lead Contracts Specialist in ensuring that Customer Requests are rapidly turned to executed contracts and is expected to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, anticipating varying degrees of complexity and value. I
    • n addition, the role continues to own related executed contracts through to closeout and/ or renewal.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Develop Contract Strategies and tactics that meet the Business demand while considering potential implementation of Global Strategies.
    • Prepare and issue contract documentations, Invitation to Tender, Request for Quotations/ Proposal, Letters of Intent, Contract Agreement).
    • Conduct tenders, evaluate bids, drive negotiations with Suppliers and present Recommendation for Award to the Supply Chain Governance Board for Management approval.
    • Drive contracts drafting and execution and ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contract close-out, extension or renewal.
    • Ensures that contracts are drafted in accordance with approved model contracts and contributes to periodic review of same.
    • Create and amend Service Requests for contract service providers that exist on Company's SAP system.
    • Provide contract status reports as required.
    • Resolve vendors' invoices issues with Finance Department to facilitate contractors' payment processing.
    • Ensure every Company contract created contains up-to-date Health, Safety and Environment Terms &Conditions in line with Group requirements.
    • Comply with Company HSE Policies, regulations and standards towards achieving "Goal Zero".
    • To carry out on a regular basis the raising and handling of Service Works Orders or and Service Requests to support the projects/operations non-core activities.
    • Responsible for contracting activities including but not limited to Civil Works, Civil Infrastructure & Services, Telecom Infrastructure Services & Works, Road Construction & Rehabilitations, Campsite Construction, Marine Services, Engineering Support Services, Consultancy Services, Project Studies, etc.
