    Primary School Teacher (Basic 2)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking to hire a primary school teacher (basic 2) who will be responsible for teaching, developing and fostering the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude. 
    • The ideal teacher will create daily lesson plans, conduct classroom discussions, administer and grade tests, assign and review homework, and complete individual student assessments.

    Responsibilities

    • Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation;
    • Maintaining discipline;
    • Teaching all areas of the primary curriculum;
    • Working with others to plan and coordinate work;
    • Working with parents to maximise their involvement in the school and the development of resources for the school;
    • Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum;
    • Organising and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or any other scheduled time.
    • Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly in smaller groups;
    • Meeting with other professionals such as education welfare officers and educational psychologists, if required.
    • Organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment;
    • Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class;
    • Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development;
    • Providing feedback to parents and carers on a pupil’s progress at parents’ meetings;
    • Taking responsibility for the progress of a class of primary-age pupils;
    • Preparing and marking work to facilitate positive pupil development;
    • Coordinating activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area;

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or NCE degree in Education.
    • 2 Years’ experience working as a teacher in a British school.
    • Proficient knowledge of teaching strategies and methods.
    • Proficient knowledge of applicable laws, policies and procedures.
    • Proficient computer skills.
    • Availability to work extended hours on occasions.
    • Excellent people skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Outstanding organizational skills.

    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a very smart, hardworking, multitasking and proactive procurement officer who will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services , ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise with OEMs and manufacturers to procure equipment as per company recommendations.
    • Engage with clients to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely supplies.
    • Prepare proforma invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for clients.
    • Follow up with clients on payment renewals and outstanding balances.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients on business-related matters.
    • Work closely with management to ensure smooth procurement operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and client interactions.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
    • Perform research to identify new marine equipment trends and make recommendations.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement within the oil and gas/marine industry.
    • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
    • Ability to prepare and manage financial documents (invoices, receipts, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
    • Experience in liaising with OEMs and suppliers is an advantage.
    • Strong background in account management.
