    Digital Marketing Associate

    About Your Role:

    • At least 2 years proven experience in marketing and content creation
    • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytic, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and keyword research tools)
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media management and email marketing
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • A strong willingness to learn and grow.

    About You:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively describe and promote our products
    • Create engaging and relevant content including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, product sheets, email campaign, social media posts:
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Commercial teams to create succinct marketing materials that convey the value proposition of our products
    • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, content and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Implement SEO best practices to maximize content reach and engagement across digital platforms.
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our product positioning and content strategy.
    • Engage with our online community across social media platforms and forums to foster positive relationships and promote brand loyalty.
    • Strong computer skills - Excel, Powerpoint, Word
    • Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations

    Operations Associate (Intern)

    About Your Role:

    • Must have completed NYSC
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
    • Must be detailed oriented
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Good relationship management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    About You:

    • Support the Operations & Strategy Manager to enforce company policies and standards
    • Perform administrative tasks including payroll computation, invoice preparation and scheduling virtual meetings when required
    • Prepare proposals where required to business prospects leveraging our proposal templates and follow up with these Partners on a regular basis
    • Collate and analyse transaction data received to advise partners on insurance premium payment due
    • Follow up with our health insurance business partners to ensure enrollment schedules are updated on time
    • Obtain regular feedback from partners to identify process improvement opportunities and discuss issues with the relevant departments or CEO
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with all our Partners
